In a recent video, Portable revealed that the N50 million proposed by music executive Soso Soberekon fell far below his expectations.
The singer stressed that he has additional conditions that must be met before agreeing to the bout.
Portable’s demands include a luxury car valued at N300 million, bringing his total asking price to N350 million.
He expressed confidence that he could defeat Carter Efe if his conditions were accepted.
“Soso, N50 million is too little. Give me N50 million plus a car worth N300 million, totaling N350 million and I will beat Carter Efe mercilessly,” Portable stated.
The singer referenced previous boxing victories to bolster his claim, citing wins over Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington.
According to Portable, Carter Efe was reportedly prepared to accept the initial N50 million offer, but Portable’s rejection underscores his insistence on higher stakes and additional perks.
It remains unclear whether negotiations will continue or if the proposed match will proceed under different terms.
