[dropcap]P[/dropcap]opular Nigerian Afrobeats singer Seun Kuti has shared a startling incident involving a stray bullet that entered his hotel room in the United States.

In a video posted online, Seun Kuti displayed the damage caused by the bullet, which penetrated his room’s window.

Expressing his disbelief and worry, Seun Kuti explained that he was simply resting in his hotel room when the unexpected event occurred.

The video clearly showed a hole through the window, indicating the bullet’s trajectory.

Using the incident to question the safety situation in the United States, Seun Kuti remarked on the potential for fatal consequences.

I’m in my hotel room just chilling and boom,” Seun Kuti recounted in a video showing the bullet damage.

“I read somewhere that these are the civilized people,” he wrote, conveying his shock and disappointment.

Following his post, fans and friends of the musician have expressed their concern and urged him to prioritize his safety.

While Seun Kuti has not disclosed the specific city, he vaguely mentioned that he was “downtown” at the time of the incident.
