Following the announcement, the singer’s social media platforms were flooded with condolences from fans, fellow entertainers and industry associates who extended messages of sympathy and support to the grieving family.

The heartbreaking development comes only months after Shanko Rasheed Atanda celebrated Jamaldeen’s 12th birthday in December with a heartfelt tribute praising the joy and pride the young boy brought into his life.

In the earlier message, the Fuji artiste had described watching his son grow as one of his greatest blessings, celebrating his character and future aspirations.

Observers within the entertainment community described the outpouring of support as a powerful reflection of solidarity often shown during moments of personal loss among Nigerian artistes.
