Cashman Alamkah Dominic Usma, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State has been murdered by suspected gunmen.
According to reports, Usman was killed by the gunmen along Keffi-Akwanga road in Nasarawa state while he was going to Benue State on Monday, July 26.
Prior to his death, Cashman was the APC flag-bearer in Kachia for the Local Government council elections ready to take place on Saturday, August 14, 2021.
On Thursday, July 29, the politician would be laid to rest.
Remember that the election of chairmen/councilors in all of Kaduna state’s 23 local government areas was originally scheduled for Saturday, June 5, 2021, but was rescheduled due to the non-arrival of imported equipment needed to conduct the polls.
Friends, loved ones and colleagues have taken to Facebook to mourn his demise.
