It was not only pleasing to Nigerians to know that the Nigerian Afrobeats star, Tiwa Savage, would be performing at the coronation ceremony of King Charles III, many were also mesmerised by the breathtaking delivery she executed when she was called on stage.
Savage, who was clad in a full green-colored taffeta fabric with an extension sweeping the stage behind her, not only dazzled her white audience, but many Nigerians home and abroad were spellbound at the event held on Sunday night at Windsor Castle as part of a three-day festivity.
One of such was a veteran entertainment enthusiast, Tinuola Akinola, who was so taken, his poetic licence was involuntarily ejected.
For someone who hardly waste words, Tiwa Savage must have savagely struck a cord in the amiable personality for him to write beautifully.
This Tiwa Savage performance is everything a solid a well rehearsed performance is, her delivery, voice control and understanding of music comes through, not forgetting her personal talent. Babe is a Queen 👸 truly. One can just imagine hours of preparation, rehearsals put into this, especially performing with such musical instruments violin especially which she I don’t know she is used to here. Let’s talk about production! Omo, see clean pictures, lovely camera movement, crispy clear audio, well positioned and lit lights with lovely control, crowd control on point too (o ti e ni fe se were sha) We have a long way to go, with adequate preparation, good money and trust, we can get there also. Take your garland, TW💓
