A Nigerian businessman, Prince Obieze Nestor, arrested by the police in Dubai after flaunting wads of money online, has allegedly died in police custody.
It was gathered that Obieze, who claimed to be into oil and gas, was arrested on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, days after posting a video on his instagram page flaunting freshly minted $100 bills.

According to reports, after he posted the video, the police stormed his house and arrested him. He was denied access to anyone including his lawyer and girlfriend.
He was arrested by C.I.D. of Dubai and was believed to have been tortured during interrogation. He died in police custody and he has been deposited in the mortuary”.
Friends and well wishers took to Instagram and Facebook to express shock following news of his passing.
