Politician and one-time governor of Kaduna state, Balarabe Musa, has died.
His death was announced on Twitter on Wednesday morning, November 11, by Senator Shehu Sani.

Ex-Kaduna state governor
Balarabe, who was the first governor in the history of Nigeria to be impeached, was 84 years old. He was Kaduna state governor from October 1979 until he was impeached on 23 June 1981.
