A former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his resounding victory at the election tribunal. The verdict, which confirmed Tinubu’s victory in the keenly contested presidential election, has been celebrated by the nation as a significant milestone for democracy in Nigeria.

Otunba Gbenga Daniel, a notable political figure in the Southwest region and a member representing Ogun East Senatorial District at the national assembly, praised the ruling as an affirmation of the solid foundation upon which President Tinubu’s mandate stands.

He commended Tinubu’s relentless pursuit of progress and development for the nation, stating that the tribunal’s decision is a testament to the overwhelming support and trust the Nigerian people have placed in him.

In a statement made available to Freelanews, Otunba Gbenga Daniel emphasized the need for unity and cooperation among political leaders to foster national development.

He urged all Nigerians, irrespective of political affiliations, to rally behind President Tinubu and support his administration in its aspirations to transform the country into a prosperous nation.

“Beyond the Tribunal, your mandate has been tested by Time, tried by the weather and forged in the crucibles of fire; the tribunal only affirms the strong foundation upon which your mandate stands for the interest of our nation.

“You went into the election prepared than any other in the history of Nigeria. The people bought into your manifesto of a renewed hope; the average Nigerian has an unshaken belief that you will make a difference in their lives, and that is why the Court also “voted” for Nigerians with their verdict.

“Congratulations once again, @NGRPresident @officialABAT PBAT and @KashimSM, Federal Republic of Nigeria,” Otunba Daniel stated.
