The United States Department of Homeland Security has published the names and photographs of 112 Nigerians facing deportation and posted the updated list on its official website.

The department reduced an earlier roster to 112 people from different parts of Nigeria. The list was reported on Thursday 17 September 2026.

Those identified include Cletus Onyali, Olaolu Alabi, Marcus Unigwe, Mkpouto Etukudoh, Blessing Uchanma, Olaniyi Ojikutu, Richard Ugbah, Oluwamuyiwa Olawoye, Anthony Asanya and Ebele Agbasiele. Also named are Izuchukwu Okoye, Olufemi Olufisayo Olutiola, Abiemwense Obanor, Chibuzo Nwaonu, Oluchi Jennifer Chimdimma Chime, Ifeanyi Okoro, Oluwaseun Kassim, Quazeem Adeyinka and Talatu Dada. The remaining names and photographs are on the DHS portal.

The publication comes as US authorities intensify immigration enforcement against people who are undocumented or already subject to removal orders.

Washington has also been seeking more cooperation from foreign governments in accepting citizens ordered to leave.

Nigeria has previously come under US pressure over the return of Nigerians due for deportation. The updated list sets out those the DHS has currently identified for removal and makes their names and photographs public.
