VeryDarkMan reveals more evidence against Bobrisky while clarifying that he never intended to defame Femi Falana, calling for an investigation.

[dropcap]S[/dropcap]ocial media influencer VeryDarkMan claims to have more evidence against Bobrisky, while clarifying he never intended to defame human rights lawyer Femi Falana amidst the ongoing controversy.

In the latest development in the ongoing controversy involving Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, social media influencer Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, has revealed that he possesses additional evidence supporting his exposé.

This follows his previous disclosure of a voice note where Bobrisky allegedly claimed to have served his sentence in a private apartment instead of prison, facilitated by his godfather and other high-profile figures.

VeryDarkMan announced on Instagram that he plans to release another voice note, this time from a different individual, to further substantiate his claims.

He emphasised the need for a thorough investigation into the matter, noting that entities like the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Correctional Service were mentioned, along with human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, rapper Falz.

The controversy escalated when Falana, through his lawyer, demanded a retraction and apology from VeryDarkMan for allegedly linking him to Bobrisky’s claims of securing a Federal Government pardon for ₦10 million. Falana denied any involvement with Bobrisky, asserting that he had never discussed any matter with him, let alone a pardon.

Responding to Falana’s ultimatum, VeryDarkMan clarified that he never defamed the Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), whom he holds in high regard. He explained that his intention was to express disbelief at Bobrisky’s claims and to call for an investigation into the matter to uncover the truth.

“First of all, I did not defame Uncle Falana, and I never will. Uncle Falana, SAN, is someone I respect 100%,” VeryDarkMan stated. He reiterated his respect for Falana’s work in defending the rights of individuals and speaking out against societal injustices, adding that his comments were motivated by a desire for transparency and accountability.

He urged for a deep investigation into the allegations, emphasising that if Bobrisky was found to be lying, he should face legal consequences for making false claims involving such prominent figures.

As the situation continues to unfold, the public awaits further developments and the potential release of the additional evidence promised by VeryDarkMan.
