A lawmaker, Olugboyega Aribi, has been allegedly embarrassed for seeking third term’s endorsement from his constituents.

Aribi, who is a currently representing Ikole Constituency 1 at the Ekiti State House of Assembly, was seen in a video being rejected and insulted with a song tagging him a glutton when he visited Ikole Ward 3.

According to a source who spoke with Freelanews, he was allegedly asked for his stewardship of his first and second terms in office of which he couldn’t account for.

“Aribi was so treated by his constituents of Ikole Ward 3 when he came seeking 3rd term. The people asked him to give a report with evidence what he did in the first term and has done so far in his second term to deserve third term.

“When he couldn’t point to anything he had done, he was summarily dismissed and insulted,” the source claimed.
