In the midst of the recent fraud allegations against Revolution Plus Property Limited by Kayode Oladipo, another aggrieved customer, Nkenna Nwankiti, has come forward with claims of non-allocation and frustrating refund procedures.
Nwankiti alleges that he made a full payment of N1,702,000 to Revolution Plus in December 2020 for a plot in Miami Beach. Despite assurances of prompt allocation, he asserts that the promised land remains elusive, and his requests for a refund have been met with evasiveness from the real estate company.
The accusations gain prominence in the wake of the viral video posted by Oladipo, accusing Revolution Plus of duping him of a sum of N40 million Naira.

While Oladipo’s allegations led to a meeting initiated by the Lagos State Government (LASG) to mediate the dispute, Nwankiti’s claims add another layer to the growing scrutiny of the real estate company’s practices.
Taking to social media, Nwankiti expressed his frustrations, stating, “I paid 1,700,000 Naira Dec 2020 for a plot of land. Till date, no land, no refund, just long annoying mails. I was able to go to their office in 2023 as I am not based in Nigeria, and they promised as usual. Still nothing.”
He further accused Revolution Plus of providing inconsistent information, from promises of imminent allocation to citing encumbrances on the land, and eventually, placing the refund process on hold. Nwankiti claimed to have an extensive record of emails documenting the exchanges with the real estate company.
In a plea for assistance, he tagged Revolution Plus on social media, emphasizing the need for resolution, stating, “Just lies, gaslighting, horrible customer service. From repeatedly promising allocation to stating the land had encumbrances to refund is on hold. I have so much emails back and forth with these guys. I’m tired!!! @Revolutionplus1. Helllpppp.”
This new accusation raises questions about Revolution Plus’s customer service, allocation processes, and overall transparency in its dealings. The company has yet to respond publicly to Nwankiti’s claims.
The latest accusation adds to the challenges the company is currently navigating in the public domain.
As Revolution Plus faces mounting scrutiny, stakeholders and the public eagerly await a response from the real estate giant and any potential interventions from regulatory bodies in the real estate sector.
Attempts were made to contact Revolution Plus Property Limited for a response to Nkenna Nwankiti’s claims, but no response has been received as of the time of this report.
