[dropcap]C[/dropcap]ontroversial singer Portable has criticised the Big Brother Naija reality show, stating that the current season lacks entertainment.

He suggested that the organisers should pay him the N100 million prize to revive the show’s excitement. Portable’s comments came after Kellyrae was declared the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 9, with fans expressing mixed reactions.

Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has voiced his disappointment in the current season of the Big Brother Naija (BBN) reality show, claiming it has lost its entertainment value.

According to Portable, the housemates failed to captivate the audience, despite the heavy publicity surrounding the show.

In a post shared on his Instagram story, the ‘Zazu’ crooner stated that the show is no longer as entertaining as it used to be.

He went further to suggest that the organisers should give him the N100 million grand prize to add more excitement to the show.

“Big Brother [Naija] no sweet again like before. All these people [housemates] no blow, make them pay me 100m I go use cruise finish them. Dr Zeh,” Portable wrote.

In another Instagram story, Portable expressed surprise that the show had concluded, asking his followers, “So who was the winner? Did you watch the show?”

His comments followed the grand finale of Big Brother Naija Season 9, where Kingsley Oritsetimeyin, popularly known as Kellyrae, emerged as the winner.

Kellyrae outlasted seven other finalists, including Wanni, Victoria, Onyeka, Ozee, Sooj, Nelly, and Anita, to claim the N60 million cash prize, an SUV, and other rewards.

Despite Kellyrae’s victory, Portable’s remarks reflect a broader sentiment among some viewers who feel the show has become less engaging over the years.

Portable, never one to shy away from controversy, positioned himself as a potential solution to reviving the programme’s entertainment factor.
