Senator Otunba Gbenga Daniel urges Nigerians to embrace unity this Easter and announces the 2025 Choir Festival in Sagamu

His Easter message reflects on the significance of the season as a time of hope, renewal, and shared love.

“Let us draw closer in unity and compassion, supporting one another as Christ taught us,” Senator Daniel said. “Together, we can build a stronger nation, a prosperous Ogun State, and a happier Ogun East Senatorial District.”

In the message titled “Easter Celebration: Otunba Daniel Calls for Unity in Nigeria, Ogun State and Ogun East Senatorial District,” the Senator described Easter as a period that demonstrates God’s abundant love through the sacrifice of Christ on the Cross — a divine symbol of hope and salvation.

The statement reads in part:

“This blessed season offers us another opportunity to reflect on the enduring message of love, sacrifice, and renewal. It is a time that reminds us all of the triumph of hope over despair, of light over darkness, and of unity over division.”

In line with the Easter message, Otunba Daniel also announced the 2025 edition of the Choir Festival, scheduled to hold on Sunday, 6th July 2025, at Abraham’s Tabernacle, GRA, Sagamu.

The annual musical gathering brings together voices from different parts of the country to glorify God through praise and worship.

“The festival promises divine inspiration, spiritual upliftment, and cultural celebration through music,” he said.
