The chief executive officer of Wale Adeoba Productions Inc, Wale Philips Adeoba, has been appointed as the new director of Logistics and Operations under Shola Agboola Goodwill Ambassador (SAGA) to the United Nation in Africa and United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).

Recall that Ambassador Agboola was recently appointed a Goodwill Ambassador in the United States of America to represent the ideals and visions of Five Points Youth Foundation, an internationally recognised non-profit organisation in Los Angeles-Califonia and also to promote the 2020-20230 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations in Nigeria, Nigerian Diaspora and African Communities.

According to Agboola, Adeoba’s appointment became necessary in order for him to perform effectively in his new position.

“In order to effectively perform my ambassadorial duties and deliver on the new assignment, it has become imperative to assemble a Nigerian team to collaboratively work with me.

“And as a member of the team, your appointment as Director of Logistics and Operations becomes necessary due to your track record in dedication and commitments to the progress and propagation of our vision for social, economic and political developments in Nigeria,” Agboola said.

In a related development, Wale Adeoba, acting in the capacity of his new appointment, has called for entries for registered NGOs in the country to express their readiness to work with the United Nations in meeting its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

According to him, the NGOs must be duly registered and has operating office in Nigeria.

“Aside from being registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission with office spaces, the NGOs must have impacted the society positively in one way or the other,” Adeoba said, “United Nations has some relief packages for such organisation.”

He, however, requested that interested organisations should call these numbers +2348055455154 or +2348061215269.
