The church also provided starter packs to all participants to help them begin small enterprises immediately, a move many described as a powerful boost to women’s economic stability.
The gesture aligns with the ministry’s commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 5, which promotes women’s empowerment.
It follows an earlier initiative in which more than 50 women received free fashion-design training and sewing machines to kick-start their businesses.
Pastor Ademola Adeniyi, Mega Regional Overseer of MFM SW4, explained that the church’s humanitarian interventions aim to make women economically self-reliant and socially mobile.
He noted that the General Overseer, Dr Daniel Olukoya, and his wife, Dr Folashade Olukoya, have instructed all regions to intensify programmes that uplift communities beyond spiritual teachings.
Adeniyi added that the Women Foundation, led by Mrs Olukoya, continues to organise deliverance sessions, biblical seminars and diverse skill acquisition classes to strengthen women both spiritually and economically.
He described the latest programme as transformative, offering practical knowledge, confidence-building and certification to help women establish sustainable baking ventures.
He praised the participants for their dedication and expressed gratitude to Dr Olukoya for championing large-scale empowerment efforts.
