Gospel minister Testimony Jaga hosts the sixth edition of the One Jesus One Church Hallelujah Programme, combining worship, empowerment and humanitarian outreach

Popular gospel music minister Testimony Jaga has hosted the sixth edition of the One Jesus One Church One Hallelujah Programme, recording another major milestone as the annual initiative combined worship, empowerment and humanitarian outreach to impact hundreds of lives.

The praise and outreach programme attracted a large turnout and featured extended sessions of worship and thanksgiving led by notable gospel ministers including Lilian Nneji, Esther Igbekele, Dare Justified, Elijah Daniel and several other worship leaders who joined Testimony Jaga in leading the congregation to celebrate God through music and praise.

Speaking during the event, Testimony Jaga explained that the Hallelujah Programme was established solely to glorify God and serve humanity, adding that its consistency over the years reflects a deliberate commitment to worship and community impact.

According to him, the initiative has remained focused on lifting the name of Jesus while intentionally bringing together ministers each year to help lead people in appreciation of God for His faithfulness.

Unlike conventional gospel concerts, the One Jesus One Church Hallelujah Programme deliberately integrates spiritual activities with structured humanitarian interventions.

This year’s edition featured a children’s party, a free medical outreach and a boxing programme, all designed to engage and support different segments of the community.

A major highlight of the programme was the large scale distribution of empowerment items and relief materials to beneficiaries drawn from the community and the wider public. Items distributed included tricycles, bicycles, mini buses, industrial sewing machines, deep freezers, grinding machines and other equipment aimed at supporting entrepreneurship, mobility and self reliance.

Explaining the motivation behind the outreach, Testimony Jaga said the initiative is closely linked to his personal background and his ongoing scholarship scheme.

He revealed that having grown up in Alagbado, Lagos, the programme is anchored on a vision of giving back to the community that raised him, particularly through education support and empowerment opportunities for young people.

The gospel minister also disclosed that the Hallelujah Programme is largely self sponsored, with no official corporate or institutional partnerships involved in its funding or execution. He noted that support came mainly from himself and some members of his church.

However, he acknowledged the presence and support of brands such as Kellogg’s and Indomie, describing their participation as encouraging to the programme.

According to Testimony Jaga, the core objective of the One Jesus One Church Hallelujah Programme is community transformation through practical giving, stressing that worship should go beyond the altar and reflect in genuine care for people.

Beneficiaries and attendees described the programme as spiritually uplifting and socially impactful, noting that its blend of worship, empowerment and outreach distinguishes it from regular gospel events.

Over the years, the One Jesus One Church Hallelujah Programme has continued to expand in reach and impact, positioning itself as a faith driven platform for praise, compassion and community development, while reinforcing Testimony Jaga’s message that true worship is expressed through service to humanity.
