Nollywood actress Mary Njoku celebrates her birthday by granting fans’ wishes and reflecting on personal struggles and growth

Nollywood actress Mary Njoku has marked her birthday with a message of gratitude and generosity to fans.

The filmmaker shared a striking warrior-themed photo on her Instagram page to celebrate the occasion. She thanked God for another year filled with purpose, impact and quiet victories.

“God has given me another year filled with purpose, impact, and quiet victories that speak the loudest. What do you wish for? Five wishes. Be specific pls,” she wrote.

Her post quickly drew reactions from fans and colleagues, with many followers requesting financial assistance, business promotion and acting opportunities.

Among those who sent birthday wishes were Nollywood stars including Bimpe Akintunde, Chidi Mokeme, Chioma Akpotha and Warri Pikin.

Akintunde described her as a “true Woman King,” while Mokeme praised her for “shattering glass ceilings.” Others wished her a prosperous new year.

Earlier in the year, Njoku reflected on her personal struggles, describing 2025 as one of the most challenging periods of her life.

She revealed that she faced moments of deep uncertainty but emerged stronger despite the pain.

The actress, who is married to Jason Njoku, also recounted surviving a major accident at the start of 2024, which she said nearly claimed her life.

In recent months, the founder of ROK Studios has continued to share motivational messages.

She has encouraged continuous learning and urged people not to allow success limit their growth.

Njoku also challenged the public to reflect on their purpose, stressing that life should not be taken for granted.
