In a letter dated May 14, 2026, and made public on Saturday, lawyers representing Jarvis accused Carter Efe of making false and damaging remarks about the content creator during livestream sessions on TikTok and Twitch.
The legal team, Omo-Richard Attorneys, alleged that Carter Efe described Jarvis as promiscuous and made comments that harmed her reputation and commercial relationships.
According to the lawyers, some of the statements were linked to the recent visit of American streamer IShowSpeed to Nigeria.
The legal letter claimed Carter Efe suggested that Jarvis exchanged personal favours for professional opportunities.
Jarvis’ lawyers described the remarks as false, malicious and deeply damaging to the influencer’s public image.
The legal representatives said the statements caused emotional distress and threatened ongoing business opportunities tied to her online brand.
The dispute has sparked fresh conversations on cyberbullying and online harassment within Nigeria’s rapidly growing digital entertainment space, where livestream commentary and social media feuds often attract massive audiences.
In the letter, the lawyers issued a 14-day ultimatum demanding that Carter Efe publicly retract the statements and publish apologies across his social media platforms and in national newspapers.
