‘Purposeful and impactful life’ Abiodun Akinlade mourns Jubril Martins Kuye

The Federal Commissioner representing Ogun at the Federal Character Commission, Rt. Honourable Abiodun Isiaq Akinlade, has lamented the death of Senator Jubril Martins Kuye (JMK) describing the death as a loss to our generation

In a condolence message signed by the Baba Adinni of Yewaland, Akinlade described Martins Kuye as “a man who lived a purposeful and impactful life.”

“The news of death of a man popularly referred to as Leading Leader in Ogun State political scene came to me as a shock but with total submission to the will of Almighty Allah.

“In all spheres of human endeavors, Aare was an exemplary leader, within the religious and political landscape of Ogun state and Nigeria as a whole, Baba JMK remained a rallying point for many irrespective of age, color or gender,” Akinlade noted.

Reliving the memories of the former Minister of State for Finance and Minister of Commerce and Industry, Akinlade described the deceased as an astute and a thoroughbred manager of both human and capital resources who at every point of public services added remarkable values to nation building.

Akinlade added that despite JMK, several commitments he still found time to be in Owode Yewa few years ago for his turbaning ceremony as Baba Adinni of Yewaland.

Praying for Almighty Allah to repose the soul of Aare Musulumi of Ogun State, the 3-term member of Federal House of Representatives member, Akinlade said, “The life and time of Chief Jubril Martins Kuye will forever remain cherished not only by his biological children, but also by many of us who he (JMK) has endeared himself to.”

“Adieu Baba JMK may Almighty Allah grant him Aljannah firdaus,” he concluded.
