‘It is more peaceful’ Chelsea boss, Thomas Tuchel gives reason he prefers Chelsea to PSG, digs at Neymar, Mbappe

Thomas Tuchel, UEFA and BILD’s best coach of the year has shaded his former club PSG.

Tuchel who was dismissed as PSG’s head coach following the famous champions league loss to Bayern in 2019, joined Chelsea after the club laid off Frank Lampard.

When asked on what contrasts his managerial abilities at both of the clubs. Tuchel said due to Paris’s diplomacy he had issues with the squad players.

“Compared to Chelsea”, he began. “It is more peaceful here than it was at France with PSG, it is easier for me to perform”.

“I feel more involved here at Chelsea it was on the contrary at PSG, I felt like a sport minister, although these clubs have different philosophies and patterns”.

He revealed Lukaku was easier to manage over superstars Neymar and Mbappe.

Speaking on the management of players, Tuchel believes even the newest player in his squad, Romelu Lukaku is easier to manager compared to the PSG stars.

Tuchel told La Gazzetta, “Lukaku makes it easier because he is less difficult to coach compared to Neymar and Mbappe”, he said.

Recall the german acquired the service of the Belgian along side Saul Niguez (on loan) during the summer transfer window with a staggering fee of £97million.

Leading Chelsea to their second Champions league victoy. Tuchel’s Chelsea currently sit first on the league table.
