Adenike Odutola now heads X3M Ideas South Central Africa as managing director

One of Africa’s foremost marketing communications Groups, X3M Ideas, has announced the elevation of Adenike Odutola as the Managing Director for its X3M Ideas, South Central Africa.

The announcement which was made today by the Group Chief Executive Officer of X3M Ideas, Steve Babaeko, indicates that, in her new position as the Managing Director of X3M Ideas South Central Africa, Adenike will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company, managing the day-to-day operations and driving growth in the region. She will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Making the announcement, Babaeko wrote, “I am pleased to announce that Adenike Odutola has been appointed as the Managing Director of X3M Ideas South Central Africa, effective immediately.

“Adenike brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. She has been with X3M Ideas for several years and has held various leadership positions within the company. Adenike’s passion for creativity and innovation is matched by her dedication to driving business growth and delivering results.

“I am confident that under Adenike’s leadership, X3M Ideas South Central Africa will continue to deliver innovative and effective solutions to our clients and partners, and achieve sustainable business growth. Please join me in congratulating Adenike on her new role and wishing her the best of luck in her new position,” he wrote.

Before her recent elevation, Adenike was the General Manager for the X3M ideas Southern Africa business. A professional in marketing and advertising with close to a decade’s experience in consumer, new product, advertising and brand development with a focus in Nigeria, the Southern Africa region as well as the rest of Africa.

She started her marketing and advertising career in client service at Rosabel Leo Burnett in Nigeria and has since led multiple brand and advertising campaigns for some of the most successful brands not only in Nigeria but across the continent.

Her experience cuts across multiple sectors and industries where she has managed not only multinational projects but campaigns for some of the market’s top companies.

When not creating great marketing and advertising campaigns for her clients , Adenike is constantly tapping into her entrepreneurial side expanding the X3M business portfolio and creative platforms into multiple industries, developing a roadmap for a footprint expansion across Africa, as well as having a passion to lead and support gender equality causes especially in the workplace.
