Mercy Aigbe, the Nigerian actress, has announced her conversion to Islam and adopted a new name.
The movie star spoke about her new faith at a Ramadan lecture and special prayer hosted by Kazeem Adeoti, her husband.
“Inshallah my new name is Hajiya Minnah Mercy Adeoti,” she said.
