Whether your home gym equipment is well used or just sitting there making you feel guilty, you can easily put it to good use for an “extra” workout. Sure, the calorie burn may be small, but the reward gains will be so swol. Remember: Regular gym rules still apply, so when you’re done, wipe that shit down!
1. The Wild Pony
Lie with your stomach over a large exercise ball and your hands on the floor. Your partner should enter you from behind from a standing position. (If there’s a height issue, they can bend their knees or lift your legs wheelbarrow-style to get themselves where they need to be.) See if you can get a sexy, back-and-forth rhythm going—just don’t be surprised when the ball throws in a few unexpected moves of its own.
2. The Dive Bar
Hang from a chin-up bar suspended in a door frame, then wrap your legs around your partner’s hips. Rock back and forth against them while they use their own upper-body strength to hold your ass up. 5. Yoga Strap Bondage
Get your partner on their hands and knees and restrain them with your yoga straps, binding their wrists and then knees together.
