Afrobeats singer Adekunle Gold has spoken warmly about his musically gifted family, revealing that his daughter, Adejare Kosoko, is already showing early signs of following in her parents’ footsteps.

In a recent appearance on the Great Day 20 Podcast, Adekunle Gold described his household with singer Simi as a deeply creative environment, noting that music appears to run strongly in the family.
The award-winning artiste said he has observed a growing interest in music from their five-year-old daughter, suggesting she may one day pursue a career in the industry.
“It is interesting to be married to another fantastic singer-songwriter and now our daughter is already giving signs that she might be one for the music as well,” he said.

“My wife and I didn’t give birth to twins, it is just internet rumours. We have a son,” he clarified.
Adekunle Gold and Simi tied the knot in a private ceremony in January 2019 and welcomed their daughter, Adejare, in May 2020.
