Adron Homes’ Chairman, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, champions sustainable urbanisation at Oyo State Real Estate Conference in Ibadan

The chairman of Adron Homes and Properties, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, delivered a compelling keynote address at the maiden edition of the Oyo State Real Estate Conference.

The event, organised by the office of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Housing and Urban Development in partnership with the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Oyo State Chapter, focused on the theme: “Positioning and Globalization of Oyo State Real Estate – Road to Urbanization.”

Held in Ibadan, the conference gathered industry leaders, government officials, and stakeholders to discuss opportunities and challenges in Oyo State’s real estate sector.

Dignitaries in attendance included the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Bayo Lawal, Honourable Akinsete Olakunle, the Special Adviser to the Oyo State Governor on Housing and Urban Development, and the Chairman of REDAN’s Oyo State Chapter. Their presence underscored the importance of the event to the state’s urban and economic development.

In his address, Aare Emmanuelking praised the organisers for their visionary approach, describing the conference as timely given the evolving dynamics of globalisation and urbanisation in Nigeria’s real estate landscape.

He highlighted Adron Homes’ leadership in fostering sustainable development in Oyo State through strategic investments in projects such as West Park and Gardens Aiyegun Oleyo, London Parks and Gardens Akufo, and Moscow Parks and Gardens along the Moniya-Iseyin Road.

“These projects are not just about providing affordable housing but about creating vibrant, sustainable communities aligned with Oyo State’s vision for urbanisation,” he said.

Emmanuelking emphasised the need for collaboration between developers and the government, stressing that real estate should drive economic growth, foster aspirations, and build cohesive communities.

The Deputy Governor commended Adron Homes for its significant contributions to Oyo State’s real estate sector, particularly in making quality housing accessible and promoting sustainable urbanisation.

He urged other developers to follow Adron Homes’ model of combining innovation with affordability.

As the inaugural edition concluded, Emmanuelking expressed optimism that the event would catalyse impactful partnerships and innovations in the real estate sector in the years to come.
