Adron Homes launches Lemon Friday Plus Promo with 50% discount, flexible payment plans, and rewards to make homeownership easier for Nigerians

Adron Homes, Nigeria’s leading real estate company renowned for making homeownership affordable, has launched its Lemon Friday Plus Promo, offering customers up to 50 per cent discounts, flexible payment options, and exciting reward packages.

The initiative is an enhanced version of the company’s annual Lemon Friday campaign and aims to make property ownership more accessible for Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.

According to Mrs Adenike Ajobo, Group Managing Director of Adron Homes and Properties, the Lemon Friday Plus Promo demonstrates the company’s continued commitment to helping more Nigerians become landowners despite current economic challenges.

“For over a decade, we have made property ownership possible for everyday Nigerians. Lemon Friday Plus takes that vision even further by making payments more flexible and the process of owning land more convenient and rewarding,” she said.

For the first time, subscribers can spread their initial deposits into five convenient instalments from July to November 2025, allowing families to plan their finances while securing plots in any Adron Homes estate of their choice.

The promo features tiered deposit packages — Bronze (₦300,000), Silver (₦500,000) with a complimentary cockerel and rice, Gold (₦1,000,000), and Diamond (₦3,500,000).

Each package includes special gifts ranging from home appliances like refrigerators and washing machines to festive rewards such as cows.

Customers can also spread the balance over 12 months while enjoying a 50 per cent discount on all Adron Homes estates, including Treasure Park and Gardens (Shimawa), City of David Estate (Abeokuta), Grandview Park and Gardens (Atan-Ota), and Manhattan Park and Gardens (Karshi, Abuja).

With more than 60 estates nationwide, Adron Homes continues to expand its footprint in Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Oyo, Osun, Niger, Nasarawa, Ekiti, and Plateau States, offering affordable entry points for aspiring homeowners.

Speaking at the official launch held at the company’s Ibadan regional office, Mrs Ajobo said the campaign reflects Adron Homes’ mission to build cities, create jobs, and provide affordable housing for all income levels.

“This promo is not just about discounts; it’s about making real estate accessible to everyone — traders, salary earners, entrepreneurs, and even students. At Adron Homes, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home,” she stated.

The Lemon Friday Plus Promo is now open to new and existing customers across Nigeria.
