Ann, Regina Daniels’ friend, was arrested in Lagos over alleged conspiracy, assault, and theft amid family dispute with Ned Nwoko
Ann, a close friend of Nigerian actress Regina Daniels, was arrested on Monday by police from the Ajah Division of Lagos State, reportedly following a court order citing allegations of conspiracy, assault, and theft.

Regina Daniels’ elder brother, Sammy, shared a video of the arrest on Instagram, questioning the validity of the court order.
He stated that Ann had never visited the home of Senator Ned Nwoko, Daniels’ estranged husband.
“There was no time Ann was ever at Ned’s house. So how is there a court order to detain her for conspiracy, theft, and all? Omo. Nigeria has failed us,” Sammy wrote.
Reports indicate that the arrest of individuals connected to Regina Daniels began about two months ago, following the actress’ public allegations of abuse and domestic violence against Senator Nwoko.

Authorities have not yet released further details regarding the legal proceedings or potential charges against Ann.
