BBNaija announces date for season 9 edition, with N100m star prize

The organizers of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality show have announced a reduction in the prize money for the highly anticipated Season 9, set to premiere in 2024.

On Wednesday, the show’s organizers shared this update on their official X handle.

The winner of the 2024 season will now receive a grand prize of N100 million and a brand new SUV, reduced from the previous N120 million.

This announcement comes ahead of the Season 9 premiere, which is scheduled to begin on Sunday, July 28, 2024, and will run for 71 days.

In an exciting twist, contestants will compete in pairs, introducing new dynamics to the challenges.
