Blessing CEO cancer controversy apology as Blessing Okoro apologises for drama surrounding her health claims and offers refunds to donors

Social media personality Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has issued a public apology following widespread controversy surrounding her alleged cancer diagnosis and fundraising appeal.

Blessing CEO Apologises Over Cancer Controversy , she expressed regret over what she described as“ unnecessary drama, embarrassment, and controversy” surrounding her health situation, while maintaining that she did not intentionally mislead the public.

She also shared what she claimed were medical documents and promised to provide full transparency by releasing scan results and biopsy reports as part of her ongoing health journey.

Blessing further stated that individuals who contributed financially and now wish to be refunded can request their money back through direct communication channels, including WhatsApp and social media messages.

In a separate update, she revealed that she had returned donations previously sent by activist VeryDarkMan.

The controversy began after Blessing publicly disclosed a stage 4 cancer diagnosis, which later sparked debate and allegations of misinformation regarding the authenticity of her medical claims.

Medical professionals and relevant bodies have since disputed the validity of the documents presented, further intensifying public scrutiny over the fundraising appeal and health disclosures.
