Now in its fourth year, the Consumers Value Awards 2025 continues to evolve, with this edition themed: “Beyond Prices: Consumer Trust, Digital Experience & Brand Accountability.”
The theme underscores a shifting consumer landscape where value is measured not only by affordability but by transparency, service quality, and digital engagement.
For the first time, the awards include federal government agencies on the ballot — nominated directly by the public.
This expansion reflects a growing consumer consciousness and engagement in service delivery, even in the public sector.
“This is a platform where real consumers — not panels or juries — decide who gets honored,” said Akonte Ekine, Convener of CVA. “The power is in their hands, and their votes speak volumes.”
To ensure credibility, each voter must validate their email through a one-time password (OTP) system, enforcing a one-vote-per-email policy across all categories.
More than 200 brands — spanning consumer goods, fitness, telecoms, banking, and now public agencies — are listed for voting. Importantly,
CVA 2025 remains non-political, with state governors deliberately excluded to preserve the award’s focus on market service quality.
Voting runs for 60 days and closes on October 5, 2025. Consumers worldwide can participate by visiting:
