The defense requested a time extension since some of its key witnesses were unavailable, and as a result, the case was adjourned to February 27 and 28, 2024.
Akpobolokemi and Agaba are the only defendants left in the case, despite formerly having other defendants. Despite being released and found not guilty on part of the allegations, both suspects are required to present their defense against the remaining counts, which include accusations of theft and forgery.
