Dami Marshall Asake dating rumours have been debunked as the daughter of KWAM 1 clarifies the viral photo that sparked speculation

Dami Marshall, daughter of Fuji music icon King Wasi Ayinde Marshall, popularly known as KWAM 1 or K1 De Ultimate, has firmly debunked rumours suggesting she is in a romantic relationship with Afrobeats singer Ahmed Ololade, professionally known as Asake.

Speculation surfaced after Dami Marshall shared a photograph with the singer at a public event, captioned “Mr Money and Mrs Money”, a phrase closely associated with Asake’s stage identity.

The post quickly ignited widespread gossip across social media platforms and entertainment blogs.

Responding to the claims, Dami Marshall clarified that the photograph was taken during her first meeting with the singer and stressed that there was no romantic involvement between them.

She urged the public to disregard online reports, accusing blogs of spreading misinformation to generate traffic.

In a post shared on her Instagram page, she described the rumours as unfounded and misleading, drawing a clear line between casual interaction and fabricated narratives.

Asake, one of Nigeria’s leading Afrobeats stars, is not publicly linked to any romantic relationship.

His last known relationship was with a Gambian partner, Madame Mystique, which reportedly ended in 2014.
