Davido threatens Tufab in alleged messages shared online, sparking outrage as Tufab warns the public about potential danger
Davido threatens Tufab, a close associate of singer Wizkid, in messages that have now gone viral on social media platform X. The alleged exchange, shared by Tufab on Wednesday, has ignited a heated controversy online.

Tufab claims that Davido confronted him for allegedly calling the superstar “Osakpolo,” a name Davido reportedly found offensive.
In the messages, Davido identified himself as a member of the “Aye” fraternity and referred to Tufab as a “Bird.”
“My name is not osakpolo I’m warning u. Ok continue. That’s all I will say. I Dey warn u. Wetin wan happen. U be bird I be aye, Make we play d game,” the alleged messages read.
Responding publicly, Tufab denied using the name and clarified that he is not affiliated with any cult or fraternity.
He emphasized that he has never acted in a way to provoke Davido and warned followers to hold Davido accountable if any harm comes to him.
“But I didn’t even call u that. And please stop warning me bro. Abeg me and u don pass all these level. I’ve never said anything hurtful to u,” Tufab wrote.
“I’m bringing this to the general public as a disclaimer against my personality…My life is under threat and if anything happens to me, y’all know who to hold responsible.”

The post has stirred massive reactions on X, with many users condemning Davido’s alleged behavior and expressing concern for Tufab’s safety.
