The singer reacted on Sunday evening after social media was flooded with claims that the event planning company behind his wedding to Chioma Avril Rowland had called him out over an unpaid fee.
The allegation was reportedly made by Funke Bucknor Obruthe, chief executive officer of the event planning company said to have handled the celebrity wedding.
The viral report was accompanied by screenshots of an alleged chat in which the planner was said to have threatened legal action over the purported debt.
Reacting via his official X account, Davido described the claim as outrageous and insulting, rejecting the narrative outright.
“This is just crazy atp,” the singer wrote, signalling disbelief at the allegation.
