A netizen has questioned Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko for unfollowing her colleague and friend, Jerry Williams, only minutes after he was suspended indefinitely by the Actors Guide of Nigeria (AGN) for drug misuse.
According to a statement signed by AGN’s National President, Mr Emeka Rollas, MON, the association has been monitoring Jerry’s involvement in illicit substances since December of last year until it got out of hand, and as it stands, he cannot be allowed to associate with other performers on set due to the risk of endangering their lives.

Following this, Destiny Etiko, who was thought to be Jerry Williams’ good friend and, at one point, fueled dating rumors with the actor due to their passionate display, unfollowed him on Instagram.
According to a survey on the duo’s Instagram pages, Destiny Etiko has unfollowed Jerry Williams on the platform, although he is still following her.
A netizen who noticed that Destiny Etiko has distanced herself from Jerry Williams took to the comment section of one of her recent posts to quiz the actress.
She wrote: “@destinyetikoofficial momma why did you unfollow your gee @officialjerrywilliams no offense though but I feel you guys should help get help that he needs instead of treating him that way……it’s unfair.”
