England manager Thomas Tuchel has announced his first squad of the 2025–26 season, handing senior debuts to Djed Spence and Elliot Anderson ahead of key World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia.

The 24-man squad, unveiled on Tuchel’s 52nd birthday, blends experience with fresh talent.
Spence (Tottenham Hotspur) and Anderson (Nottingham Forest) earn well-deserved call-ups after strong early-season performances and standout roles in England’s Under-21 European Championship win.
“There’s no better motivation for young players than knowing the pathway is open.
Djed and Elliot have shown real quality and maturity — they’ve earned this chance,” said Tuchel.
