Aliko Dangote disclosed over $7 million allegedly spent on Engr. Farouk Ahmed’s four children’s foreign education and Harvard MBA in 2025
Aliko Dangote, Nigeria’s leading industrialist, has released detailed information regarding the alleged foreign education expenses of Engr. Farouk Ahmed’s four children, revealing costs exceeding $7 million.

Dangote specified that the children attended prestigious secondary schools in Switzerland for approximately six years each. Faisal Farouk studied at Montreux School, Farouk Jr. attended Aiglon College, Ashraf Farouk enrolled at Institut Le Rosey, and Farhana Farouk was educated at La Garenne International School.
The total estimated expenditure for secondary education, including tuition, upkeep, air travel, and other incidentals, reportedly surpassed $5 million.
Additional tertiary education for all four children, spanning four years of university studies, was estimated at around $2 million.
For 2025, Dangote highlighted that $210,000 was spent on Faisal Farouk’s Harvard MBA, with $150,000 allocated to tuition and $60,000 covering upkeep, air travel, and miscellaneous costs.
The disclosure provides insight into the scale of alleged international educational spending by the Farouk family, highlighting the selection of high-profile institutions and the significant financial commitment involved.
