Flam AI Funding Surges as Flam Raises $40m Series B took centre stage as Flam, the AI interactive content platform, announced a major funding milestone aimed at accelerating its global expansion and strengthening its artificial intelligence capabilities across enterprise markets.

Flam, an AI interactive content platform founded by Chief Executive Officer Shourya Agarwal, confirmed the $40 million Series B investment in a statement that highlighted renewed investor confidence in its rapidly scaling technology.

The funding round was led by QED Investors, with participation from Claypond Capital, Australian Gulf Capital, SRK Family Office, and prominent technology figures including Martin Chavez and Olivier Pomel, alongside existing backers RTP Global and Dovetail.

Flam AI Funding Surges as Flam Raises $40m Series B comes at a time when the company reports growing adoption across enterprise clients, including global brands such as Google, StateFarm and Diageo.

The firm says it has onboarded more than 100 enterprise customers within six quarters, a trajectory it describes as evidence of accelerating demand for interactive digital content solutions.

Shourya Agarwal, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flam, described the development as a defining moment for the company’s mission to reshape digital engagement.

“Passive media was a limitation of technology, never of desire,” Agarwal said. “With this round, we are doubling down on the AI research that makes interactivity feel effortless and bringing Flam to every enterprise that wants its content to invite people in rather than talk at them.”

The platform’s expansion strategy includes scaling its proprietary AI models and enhancing three core product formats, including Flicks for generative interactive video, Airboards for 3D content generation, and Visual Agents designed to enable real-time conversational engagement.

According to the company, these tools are already being applied across brand storytelling, customer support, entertainment and learning environments.

Secondary momentum around the funding announcement has also been driven by investor confidence in Flam’s technical infrastructure.

Nigel Morris, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at QED Investors, noted that the company had demonstrated rare commercial traction in a complex sector.

“What convinced us was the combination of differentiated AI infrastructure, a platform enterprises can deploy without engineering lift, and the commercial traction to prove it,” Morris said. “We back companies that turn a hard technical problem into a repeatable business, and Flam has done exactly that.”

Flam’s roadmap now includes expanding its AI research division, increasing its global enterprise sales footprint, and targeting a projected $100 million in annual recurring revenue within the next year.

The company also claims a portfolio of more than 15 patents supporting its motion transfer and agentic AI systems, signalling a long-term push into next-generation interactive media.

Industry observers note that the latest funding round positions Flam within a competitive but fast-growing segment of AI-driven content platforms, where demand for immersive and personalised digital experiences continues to rise sharply across advertising, education and customer engagement sectors.

As Flam AI Funding Surges continues to draw attention from global investors, the company’s next phase will likely be defined by how effectively it converts early enterprise adoption into sustained commercial scale in an increasingly crowded artificial intelligence landscape.
