Golden Penny Pasta task on BBNaija Season 10 blends drama, cooking, and games as housemates compete for top honours in a fun and flavourful challenge

Returning for the second time this season, the latest Big Brother Naija Season 10 brand challenge brought a delicious blend of entertainment, creativity, and culinary competition—courtesy of the Golden Penny Pasta task.

As one of Nigeria’s most trusted food brands, Golden Penny once again captured the spotlight with a brand task designed to both entertain viewers and highlight its premium pasta range.

Now the 25th brand task of the season, the challenge was a vibrant showcase of fun, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Housemates were divided into four teams — Team Pasta Twist, Team Spaghettini, Team Macaroni, and Team Spaghetti — each representing a variant from Golden Penny’s rich pasta selection.

The Golden Penny Pasta task unfolded in three engaging phases. First up was ‘Master Your Pasta’, a quiz-based game that tested how well the housemates knew the pasta they were representing.

Teams were given five questions about their assigned variant, ranging from ingredients to cooking methods, and earned points based on accuracy.

The second stage, ‘Twist and Turns’, brought a physical element into the mix.

Housemates tackled an obstacle course featuring skipping, crawling, balancing, and a key-search challenge — all designed to unlock their team’s pasta box.

This round required stamina, sharp focus, and precision under pressure.

The grand finale was a timed cooking challenge, where two representatives from each team whipped up two dishes — one using their designated variant and another with a surprise pasta.

With just 40 minutes on the clock, the teams had to shop, cook, and plate while impressing the judges with taste, teamwork, timing, and presentation.

After combining scores from all three rounds, Team Spaghettini — comprising Kola, Imisi, and Mensan — claimed victory.

Their strong performance across knowledge, physical tasks, and cooking earned them bragging rights and rewards for Week 9.

Golden Penny’s return to BBNaija continues to show how immersive brand storytelling can blend seamlessly with entertainment.

By engaging housemates and viewers alike, the Golden Penny Pasta task delivered a high-energy, high-impact activation — with plenty of pastalicious vibes along the way.
