Mother of baby found with a dispatch rider has revealed that the rider is innocent and did not kidnap the baby
According to reports the mother insisted that the dispatch rider is her child’s uncle, and she was the one that gave him the child.
“I’m the one that gave him the baby by myself, because I trust him. He is the baby’s uncle,” the child’s mother said.
Recall that in a video circulated on social media, commuters, motorists and passersby were seen expressing shock over the development when the baby clad in a singlet and a pair of shorts was allegedly rescued.
Angered by the action of the dispatch rider, a mob was seen beating the suspect while he was being taken away on commercial motorcycle to avoid being lynched.
