[dropcap]Z[/dropcap]enith Bank has announced that its mobile banking app, USSD service, internet banking, and corporate internet banking platforms will be temporarily unavailable due to routine IT maintenance.
This scheduled maintenance will take place on Tuesday, 1 October 2024, between 12:01 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. WAT.
The bank assures customers that this step is necessary to enhance service quality and improve user experience across its platforms. Zenith Bank has put measures in place to minimise disruptions during the maintenance period.
In its official notice, the bank also reminded customers to be vigilant against fraud.
Zenith Bank will never request sensitive information such as card details, PINs, token codes, or internet banking login credentials through phone calls, SMS, or emails.
Customers are advised not to click on any suspicious links related to updating their banking information or activating accounts.
