Ice Prince lifestyle transformation draws attention as the rapper reveals strict habits behind his slimmer look and disciplined routine

Nigerian rapper Ice Prince, born Panshak Henry Zamani, on Wednesday in Lagos revealed details of his personal routine, outlining a disciplined lifestyle transformation that has contributed to his noticeably slimmer appearance.

The artist shared the update via social media, describing his journey as a testimony of grace while acknowledging that he remains a work in progress.

In the post, Ice Prince disclosed that he has eliminated several everyday consumables from his routine, including sugar, alcohol, soft drinks, bread and processed foods, while also quitting smoking.

He further explained that his daily structure now includes regular exercise, morning and evening walks, consistent hydration and a focus on natural beverages such as coconut water, herbal teas and black coffee.

The rapper added that he follows a structured eating pattern, combining intermittent fasting with a balanced intake of protein, vegetables and carbohydrates.

He also noted personal commitments beyond diet and fitness, including reading for at least an hour each day, maintaining a fixed sleep schedule and practising celibacy as part of a broader focus on discipline.

Ice Prince stated that he has never used drugs or supplements, presenting his approach as a clean and deliberate path to personal improvement.

The transformation has sparked reactions among fans, especially as public figures increasingly share health and fitness journeys on social media.

In recent years, several Nigerian celebrities have embraced similar lifestyle changes, often drawing attention and debate around body image and wellness trends.

For Ice Prince, however, the shift appears rooted in personal conviction, combining physical health with mental clarity and self control.

The rapper also used the moment to signal new creative work, hinting at the release of a forthcoming album, adding another dimension to what he described as a powerful period of reinvention.
