The dispute began after Mitchy criticised VDM’s involvement in her school charity project in Delta State, triggering a heated exchange between both personalities.
The situation intensified when VDM accused her of being sponsored by Seyi Tinubu, adding another layer to the controversy.
Although Mitchy later issued a public apology on Instagram, acknowledging VDM’s activism, the gesture failed to resolve the conflict, as VDM dismissed it and continued addressing the issue during live sessions.
The feud took a dramatic turn after VDM allegedly played a compromising audio during an online session with content creator Nasboi.
Around the same time, a video purportedly featuring Mitchy surfaced on Telegram.
However, the authenticity of the clip has not been verified, and no party has confirmed its origin.
Amid the growing backlash, Mitchy returned to Instagram with a cryptic post, suggesting she remains unfazed by the situation. Sharing a video, she wrote: “Na insult una think say una drop… but TikTok hear challenge accepted.”
The development sparked mixed reactions online. Some users warned against trust and reconciliation in public disputes, while others suggested the controversy could increase Mitchy’s visibility rather than harm her reputation.
