Lateef Adedimeji marriage advice goes viral after Nollywood actor explains how friendship shaped his relationship with Mo Bimpe

The discussion resurfaced after an old video circulated online in which Mo Bimpe stated that she and Lateef Adedimeji could never marry, describing him at the time as a brother figure.

“Myself and Lateef can never marry. I see him like my brother,” she said in the clip.

Following the renewed attention, a fan reposted the video and directly asked the actor how he eventually “won her over” and convinced her to become his wife.

In response, Lateef Adedimeji dismissed the idea of complicated relationship history, offering a simple reflection that quickly gained traction online.

“There are no past questions, like they say, marry your friend,” he said.

The Lateef Adedimeji marriage advice has since sparked conversation among fans, with many describing the statement as both practical and emotionally grounded.

Earlier in the year, the actor had shared insights into how he first met Mo Bimpe, revealing that she was initially a customer before their friendship developed into something deeper.

He also described her as calm and reserved, noting that her personality played a role in how their bond evolved.

Over time, the couple’s relationship has become a subject of public interest, with both Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe frequently sharing affectionate moments on social media, including Valentine’s Day posts and anniversary celebrations.

On one occasion, Lateef Adedimeji referred to Mo Bimpe as his “lady, woman and wife,” describing her as a source of calm and emotional stability in his life.

He has also marked special occasions with personalised surprises, including curated gifts and symbolic gestures that reflect their shared journey.

In previous reflections, the actor revealed that their relationship overcame early challenges, including differing religious backgrounds, before evolving into marriage.
