As authorities continue to deny involvements in the deaths recorded at Lekki Tollgate last Tuesday, Oct 20, 2020, a new and clearer video has emerged on how and when the shooting occurred.
Recall that the Nigerian army debunked claims that it opened fire on #Endsars protester in the Lekki-Ikoyi area of Lagos state.
It was alleged that no fewer than 50 people were allegedly shot at and injured during the peaceful protest in Lekki on Tuesday evening by fully dressed military men.
In a Twitter post via the military’s official page, the Nigerian Army denied deploying their men to the location or having anything to do with the said shootings.

However, in the new footage, men in camo uniform fire their weapons at 6.435886, 3.447423, 15metres from the east side of the toll gate.
It was alleged that some of the protesters had sat down by the time the shooting commenced.
