Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi made a surprise visit to the newly renamed Spotify Camp Nou on Sunday night, revisiting the stadium where he enjoyed the most celebrated years of his career.

In a video shared on Fabrizio Romano’s X account, the eight-time Ballon d’Or winner expressed deep emotion, saying:
“Last night I returned to a place that I miss with my soul. A place where I was immensely happy.”
Messi added:
“I hope one day I can come back, and not just to say goodbye as a player, as I could never do.”
The visit comes amid growing nostalgia among fans for Messi’s era at FC Barcelona, where he won numerous domestic and European titles and set records that may never be broken.
Messi left Barcelona in 2021 after more than 20 years with the club, leaving a legacy of trophies, unforgettable moments, and a profound connection with fans.
