Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has warned fans against secretly recording her and her partner during public outings, saying she intends to keep her current relationship off social media.

The actress issued the caution in a video shared on her Instagram page, where she appealed for privacy and mutual respect.
Nkechi Blessing said she is in a happy relationship but has chosen to enjoy it away from online platforms.
The actress explained that she was recently recorded without consent while dining at a restaurant with her partner.
According to Nkechi Blessing, a waitress alerted her to a woman who was allegedly filming them secretly.
The actress said she approached the woman politely and expressed her displeasure.
Nkechi Blessing stated that although she is a public figure, recording her without consent crosses a boundary.
The actress added that fans who want photographs or videos should approach her directly rather than film her discreetly.
The actress stressed that her partner prefers to stay out of the public eye.
She noted that he is comfortable being seen with her in public but does not want his images circulated online.
In a firm remark, Nkechi Blessing warned that any future attempt to take unsolicited pictures or videos could result in confrontation.
The actress said she would not tolerate repeated breaches of her privacy.
