The former governor of Ogun State and the Senator-elect representing Ogun East , Otunba Gbenga Daniels, has joined many well-meaning Nigerians to salute the Nigerian president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on his birthday.

Tinubu, who won the last presidential election back in February 25 on the platform of All Progressives Congress after flogging co-contenders, former vice president, Atiku Abubakar of Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party with over 8million votes, is 71 today.

According to OGD, as the former Ogun governor is fondly called, Tinubu has finally gotten the mandate for a change he fought for.

“The story of our democracy today would not be complete without the sacrifices made by @officialABAT and many others. Today, he has been given a chance to make the change he fought for. Happy Birthday, Mr President-elect,” OGD wrote on his Twitter page.
