The previous administration, under Senator Ibikunle Amosun, had also issued C of Os for Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 1 (Genesis Estate) and Treasure Park and Gardens (Glasshouse Estate).

This continuity signifies a steadfast commitment to leveraging Public-Private Partnerships to stimulate economic growth, generate jobs, and provide quality housing for the state’s residents.

Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties, expressed profound gratitude to the Ogun State Government for its support. He commended Governor Dapo Abiodun’s leadership in fostering a business-friendly climate that allows real estate developers to contribute meaningfully to the state’s housing agenda.

“This gesture validates our mission to deliver world-class estates that offer comfort, security, and long-term value. Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 2 (City of David) and Phase 3 (Capetown Estate) reflect our vision of making luxury affordable, complete with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities for modern living. This partnership further strengthens our resolve to expand access to quality housing for all Nigerians,” said Aare Emmanuelking.

The Treasure Park and Gardens Estates, located in the serene Shimawa area of Ogun State, offer a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.
